Patient Visitor Rule
- Visiting hours / visiting hours for patient visitors are as follows
- Monday-Saturday
- Morning 10:00 – 12:00 WITA
- Afternoon at 17:00 – 20:00 WITA
- Sunday / Holidays
- Morning 09:00 – 12:00 WITA
- Afternoon at 17:00 – 20:00 WITA
- Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the patient’s room to avoid transmission of the disease and so as not to disturb the patient’s peace
- Patients are not allowed to leave the treatment room without informing the on duty nurse
- Not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside the hospital for patients
- Must to maintain cleanliness, calm, and order in the hospital
- It is forbidden to sit/lie on the patient’s bed
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hasanuddin University Hospital environment
Patient Companion Rules
For patients who because of their disease condition must be accompanied, several things need to be considered as follows
- The number of companions allowed is
- VVIP and VIP class : 2 (two) people
- Class 1, 2, and 3:1 (one) person
- Patient companions are required to wear a id card at all times while in the hospital area
- The patient’s companion is prohibited from sitting/lying on the patient’s bed
- Not allowed to be on the 1st floor of the hospital outside of working hours
- It is forbidden to lay out mats/carpets outside the patient’s room
- It is forbidden to cook, wash and dry in the hospital environment
- Not allowed to bring electronic equipment
- Take care of each other’s belongings. All forms of loss are not the responsibility of the hospital
- Mandatory to maintain cleanliness, calm, and order in the hospital
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hasanuddin University Hospital environment
